If you are doing the downloads via Wi-Fi that can be the reason because Wi-Fi is too slow for these very large downloads. Switching to a wired Ethernet connection will normally be the solution. If that is not available, then you may have to do multiple downloads to get one that works. If you use Ethernet and are still getting corrupted downloads, I suggest checking into your modem's speed.
