Issue with Call Recording & Transcription on 18.1 iPhone 15

I own an iPhone 15 and 16 Plus, as well as an M3 Pro MacBook and an M1 Air iPad. I’ve attempted making calls, recording conversations, and attempting to view the transcript, but I’ve encountered an issue. The 15 models are unable to generate a transcript, despite their specifications indicating that they should have this capability. Once the call was over, I attempted to open the transcription on my MacBook and iPad, hoping it would generate the transcript, but unfortunately, there was no result. But the recording features work properly.
