MacBook Pro / Error code: 0x0000000000000000

Hello, since i updated to Sonoma 14.7 about 2 weeks ago, my Mac has been shutting down because of an "error" usually happens overnight, if i let my mac in sleep mode, i wake up to see the mac has restarted and the same error code showing in the report.

But today during work, the laptop just shut down, and restarted by itself, showing the same error.

i'm uploading pictures.

Thanks for the help

Machine-check is a serious Hardware error, such as bad cache. It is difficult to get through any other means than Bad Hardware.

You have already posted enough of that report so that you should be able to convince Apple support you have a real Hardware problem. Just refer them to this discussion. they can DIRECT an Apple-authorized service provider or Apple-owned Store to swap mainboard.

if you present your computer at the Genius Bar, they want PROOF (such as being able to reproduce the problem on demand) before they take action. Without a failed diagnostic of other proof, they may try to suggest that third-party software did it..

¿What is the date of your most recent backup, and by what method?
