iPhone 14 Pro Max keeps randomly freezing

My iphone 14 pro max keeps randomly freezing. Being relatively new, I am not sure why. Is it maybe I have too many apps on my phone? Maybe my phone is doing too many tasks at once? What are possible reasons for this to happen?
