Apple TV app won’t open on Roku

Apple TV app works on my iPhone and my iPad. From Roku tv, the app starts but doesn’t load, it stays in a loading loop. I checked for updates on Roku, the app is up to date, I restarted the app, still will not load, I deleted the app and downloaded the app again, but it still won’t load. HELP. How do I get a phone call to Apple Tech Support? Anyone give me a working number?

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.

  1. Remove the Apple TV app,
  2. Shut off and unplug the TV (or streaming device),
  3. Wait 30 seconds,
  4. Plug the TV (or streaming device) back in,
  5. Reload the Apple TV app.


Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.
