Apple will not replace a battery under warranty until it has dropped below 80% in a year. So, it's unlikely that you'd qualify.

Please remember that battery decline is not linear. It tends to be faster earlier on and then slow down later. On average, you can expect about 1% a month.

There might be an issue with the battery, because it is not supposed to be this less.

You can check with the apple customer care app

For mine: after 159 charging cycles, the maximum capacity is 98%

No. Apple will not replace the battery unless the Battery Health falls under 80% in the first year of operation.
