iPhone stuck on a white screen

Hi! I tried to fix the white screen issue by “force restart” but I always end up being unsuccessful. After I do the steps <Up Volume, Down Volume, and Holding the Power Button> I can’t reach to the point where the logo appears because the screen turns black, like it sleeps, and turns white again. I think the black screen makes the force restart unsuccessful.

Is there any alternative I could do? I tried connecting it to the charger but the same result happens. Thanks!
