Will my older (~ 5 years)

wireless Apple Keyboard work on the new M4 MacMini?

What about my Magic Mouse?

Still trying but i don't think it can see it .
my short aluminium one shows up , asks for a code , and works fine .
i love the clackky older keyboard though .

That's a considerably older keyboard and yes is known to have issues.

But there are ways to get it to connect.

A 5 year old keyboard should not have any of those issues.

I’ll get back if i can get it working , but i doubt it will.

It does show up in the bluetooth menu but the Mac doesn’t issue a security code number to type in .

Strange really !

The 4 noughts every 8 seconds in terminal solution seem like a fun afternoon .
