That's a considerably older keyboard and yes is known to have issues.
But there are ways to get it to connect.

I would expect it to, the drivers are generic so any USB mouse and keyboard should work even if made for windows or linux or the likes
the same deal with every Bluetooth mouse and keyboard it's one size fit all
I’ll get back if i can get it working , but i doubt it will.
It does show up in the bluetooth menu but the Mac doesn’t issue a security code number to type in .
Strange really !
The 4 noughts every 8 seconds in terminal solution seem like a fun afternoon .
