Issues with several parental control apps on iPhone

Im 17(about to be 18) with time restrictions and I can't download apps 12+ even though my mom has me as 17. I can't redownload apps rated 12+ from the cloud even though I'm 17. I have restrictions on my device that limit time and blocks apps. I also have the malware canopy installed and the parental control Bark installed(if that might be affecting anything). I can update apps that were installed before the restrictions that are 12+ but I can't use or open them. Only stare at them update as the error code taunts me from above them.. Anyways if any of you know a solution that would be great thank you guys!
