iPhone 16 Pro unexpected restart on IOS 18.1.1

Hi everybody, I have an iPhone 16 Pro and have this issue on my iPhone where my phone will like freeze up on me and then go black and then show a progress wheel in the middle of the screen and power back on immediately after on its own, I see no Apple logo, supposedly this issue was fixed in IOS 18.1 after Apple had received reports of this issue on IOS 18.0.1, naturally my iPhone started with this issue on IOS 18.1, have reset the device and set it up as new, it helped for a day or two and then it did the whole issue again, and then IOS 18.1.1 came out I downloaded it and keep in mind it helped for a bit and then it went right back to doing the same issue again, diagnostics pass every time, no logs can prove that the phone is shutting down when clearly it is, and from Apples 18.1 fixes lists that issue should have naturally already been “fixed” but wasn’t and hasn’t for me, hardware or software?- PLEASE RESPOND
