I have purchased an iPhone 12 that will not turn on. I did not buy it from Apple. Can I visit an Apple Store for repairs?

Repair frozen phone that has not been purchased from authorised Apple dealer?: I have purchased an iPhone 12 that will not turn on. I did not buy it from Apple. Can I visit an Apple Store for repairs?

Make a Store Appointment:

Set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, it will be diagnosed, and you'll be provided with your options. IMPORTANT: Be certain to bring along a proof of purchase (i.e. sale receipt or original packaging) and the iPhone, itself.

Return this, if No AppleCare:

Purchasing this from a retailer, you’d have to assign the AppleCare+ though them. If a personal sale, then you may have no way around this. If Apple will not service this, then return this to the seller. Take this as a learning experience, knowing to always purchase expensive Apple devices from Apple or an AASP(Apple Authorized Service Provider) or a retailer,
