iPad Air overheating when I use Notes with Apple Pencil Pro

I have the new iPad Air six with my Apple Pencil Pro but when I use Notes using my Apple Pencil Pro the camera side of my iPad overheats a lot I have this iPad almost brand-new and I’ve only had it for about one month and it’s already starting to overheat when I use notes, is there anything I could do to stop it overheating?

First, try and force restart your iPad to see if the issues persist

  1. Press and quickly release the volume button closest to the top button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
  3. Press and hold the top button until the device begins to restart.
  4. If your iPad doesn't turn on, follow these steps to check your hardware and charge your device. You might need to charge for up to an hour.
  5. If your iPad still doesn't turn on, learn what to do.

Second, you might want to give this as feedback to apple so that they can look into it. I see this happening with more people, so this might be a problem that they need to look into. Do so using this form: Product Feedback - Apple

I've had my iPad mini 7th gen for 2 days and it's doing it too. My iPad Pro is doing it now as well. It's only while using Notes. It will get super hot and freeze up. They both have the most recent updates. I tried restarting them with no luck. Such an Apple move to create a problem with a new feature that's been heavily promoted, yet renders your very expensive tablet(s) useless if you use the new features.

I have always heavily used my iPad Pro for note taking with the Apple Pencil. Only after updating has the issue ever occurred.
