Re: Apple Music family sharing not working for one daughter
Seems you can share with up to six family members.
Wondering if your daughter accepted your invitation to join when you set up Family sharing:
Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
says:
"Check if your family member has accepted the invitation
After you send the invitation, you can check the status.
On your iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app, then tap Family.
- To check the status of the invitation, tap the person's name.
- If you need to resend the invitation, select Resend Invitation."
Seems everyone in Family Sharing automatically has their own Library to which they can add whatever music they wish to listen to. If your daughter signs in with her Apple ID and password, and / or starts following the steps to join, the app will likely recognize she is a family member already. If she has made any previous music purchases she may find they are already in the Library. Else, if needed she may want to: Redownload music from the iTunes Store on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If you wish:
Purchase sharing is a feature that you can use after you set up Family Sharing.
When you turn on purchase sharing, everyone in your family gets access to the apps, music, films, TV shows and books that family members buy from Apple. (NB: The family organizer's default payment method is used for Family Sharing purchases). See: How to share apps and purchases with your family - Apple Support
