DNS connection issues

I am unable to get Wi-Fi connection on my Apple iPhone 11 and Apple laptop. Yesterday we changed our modem/router with an Xfinity upgrade for faster connectivity. The modem and television are working fine. The Wi-Fi is not. Any ideas?

It works on my iPhone but in my MacBook Pro it will connect to the WiFi but will not connect to the internet. I ran the diagnostic which said check DNS settings and contact ISP provider. I did that and my ISP provider said I needed to talk to Apple as it was a laptop issue not a connectivity one. Thanks

iPhone 15 in flight wifi Issues I had issues connecting to the Delta Inflight WiFi with my iPhone 15 Pro on a recent trip. 3 of 4 flights I couldn’t connect when it appeared others on the plane were working just fine. I tried everything. I had a clue from a previous question on the subject. if you go into the Settings -> General -> VPN and Device Management, under Restrictions and Proxies, I had Guardio Browsing Protection configured for DNS. I use Guardio to keep browsing and email clean, which affects the connection to Delta WiFi. Just change the DNS from Guardio Browsing Protection to Automatic and the WiFi connection worked fine following the instructions provided by Delta. Note that I did turn off the Browsing Protection inside the Guardio app but that didn’t do the trick. I needed to turn it off in Settings as well. After my flight, I turned the Browsing Protection inside Guardio back on and it told me to update settings as well. Also, if you don’t use Guardio and are having the same issue, see the previous question on the subject. I couldn’t update that question because the question was an old issue.

All Apple Devices can not reach all websites (MSN, COX, TIKTOK) on Home WIFI I have COX inernet with a Motorola AC1900 Cable Modem Router (All in one unit). Any Apple Device that tried to connect to the wifi can not reach all internet sites. (MSN, COX, TIKTOK, for example). but other sites work find and All Samsung and PC computers have not issues. COX support has not been able to help even when trying to use thier COX brand Modem. Also tried Netgear. Same issues. If I use a Hotspot I can get the Apple Devices to connect to all sites so it has to be something with COX WIFI. Any one know of a solution?

PS. I have turned my devices on and off, and I have toggle the airplane mode as suggested. This has not corrected the situation.
