How to save my files from Safari to the Files app on my iPhone?
When I press the share icon on my safari browser to save a file the file app doesn’t come up or gave me an option to add it

Seems we would generally need to "download" linked files from the internet when using Safari. See: Where to find downloads on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
