Change default from numbers to excel on Sequoia 15.1.1

When I installed the most recent update, it changed my default from excel to numbers. I would like to change it back to excel

MacBook Air (M3, 2024)

Unless Apple changed something in the OS,

  1. Right click on an Excel file with an xlsx extension
  2. Get Info
  3. Change "Open With" from Numbers to Excel
  4. Change All
  5. Repeat on an Excel file with an xls extension if you have any.
