What should I do if my subscription is still pending from the App Store?

I submitted my subscription application but it takes a long time to be approved and reviewed. If you can fix that issue please let me know and if there’s anything else I can do to help you out with this issue please let me know thanks.

Seems your transaction from your financial institution is taking time to go through.

A few thoughts for assisting with your own needs:

If this is an international transaction, you could check whether your payment method can be used ok,

or if the bank / financial provider / requires some approval before such a transactions can be processed.


You can check that the payment method you have in your Apple Account is one that Apple can accept in your country or region: Payment methods that you can use with your Apple Account - Apple Support


If needed : Check expiry date on payment method is valid.

Thank you kindly for replying, and for the added info. you provided.


If a week or so has elapsed: seems you may need to enquire from your financial institution why your Apple Pay transaction to Apple has not been processed.


Else: If you have disputed a charge from Apple you may need to give your financial institution permission to allow transactions with Apple to be processed again.


If you wish: You could reach out to the Billing and Subscriptions Support Team.
