Actually the US-sold iPhone 13 Pro does have a physical SIM tray:

iPhone 13 Pro - Technical Specifications - Apple Support

and Jassey's screen shot shows that one is installed. Perhaps if he/she removes that SIM, the Robi eSIM can then be registered.

Apple can't solve this for you. KiltedTim is correct that iPhone is sold regionally. Your carrier may not support the bands a US phone was designed to be used on. And since the phone cannot accept a physical Sim card, you may need to find another carrier who can support the eSim, if there is one where you are.

Then your US iPhone probably just is not compatible with the eSIM provided by Robi. Ask if they can give you a physical SIM to try. Or find another carrier.

What does it say in Settings>General>About>Carrier Lock?

Yep, I missed it's a 13 Pro Max and would have a physical Sim Tray.

Contact Robi for assistance.

Then contact Apple support. This is a user forum. We can’t do anything about it.

The only thing I can think of would be if the phone is not actually unlocked. Exactly where did you buy it?

In that case, you’ll have to take it up with your carrier. It’s entirely possible that the eSIM they issue is not compatible with a US market phone. They do support slightly different network bands.

You will probably need to do what it says, contact Robi support.
