do Argos sell fake usb c airpods pro 2?

I purchased airpods pro a few days ago from Argos and I can't open them until Christmas, the packaging seems fine but apparently last year they sold fakes. I just want to know if Argos sell real airpods or not

If they're from Argos and don't work where's the savings? With Apple you get a new product warranty and can buy AppleCare for it. Don't know if you can from Argos. I guess you get what you pay for.
