How do I locate stolen iPhone 15 Pro with forgotten iCloud password

Hello everyone.. I recently had my iphone 15 pro stolen and its been gone for a week, at the time of lost I forgot my icloud password, so I could not locate my phone on (find my phone) app. Couple days went by and I slowly started to remember some of my password to my various accounts that were on my phone. at the same time I was calling apple support everyday trying to speed up the process but they all frustrated me more and I started to fill like I was the one in the wrong and I was under investigation because no one help me with getting access to icloud password or into any of my personal account.. So much negativity was shown as if I was being profiled. Finally one day after getting my apple I pad back I called apple support in the evening and a rep answer and this guy from the jump was helpful and showed that he was sincere and wanted to offer his expertise... Long story I was able to get my I cloud password reset and was able to access my icloud which runs the system for the Iphone.. so I started looking for my phone, and my question this evening is this business "Ready for Repair or Trade in" known for buying stolen phones? when I locate my phone it says at this location,,do this place buy stolen phones?
