Have you tried restarting your device and checking to see if things work after? —Yes, I have powered down my iPhone, waited several minutes, and rebooted. I have tried this a few times and there is no change.
Sometimes after an update it helps correct glitches. Have you tried cycling through the other voices to see if when in actual use it sounds correct? — Yes, I have tried cycling through other voices for Siri. Other voices work just fine. My current voice setting does not even when I revert back to the setting. I prefer Australian 1.
Only when I use the disability feature to read text onscreen aloud is Siri’s voice correct/matches the preview in settings. Any other use of Siri (holding down side button or hey Siri) results in this “off” sounding voice.
