After upgrading my watch to latest update of 11.2, I am facing issue while touching the upper touch screen of my watch, It is difficult to enter nmbr 1/2/3 or even i cant switch off my watch. Touch is irresponsive. How to solve this issue?

Did you already try to force restart your Apple Watch?
To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
