IPhone 15 Pro Max causing burning sensation at fingers and hand.

Since acquiring the Apple 15 Pro Max I've felt a burning sensation at finger tips of right hand. Upon switching hands, I feel the same issue with other hand. The issue only occurs when using. Contacted Apple Support and they could not offer any resolution other than going to store to test further. Upon searching further, I learned of others w/similar issues. I use device now approximately 2.5 hours daily due to discomfort/pain in comparison to before or with previous Apple phones. Pain has no correlation with carpal tunnel or other possible health issue. It's not a skin irritation nor is the issue with wrist. It's a burning sensation that is immediate and is constant upon touching device. After reading the few posts with same issue, I don't feel it is getting proper attention from Apple and in my opinion is a safety concern. I just downloaded latest software; 18.2, and issue remains.
