You have no purchases that are eligible for a refund.

Hello,

I’m reaching out for assistance regarding a refund request. I recently attempted to request a refund for a purchase made through my Apple account, but I received a message on site (reportaproblem) stating, "You have no purchases that are eligible for a refund."

I have double-checked my purchase history, and I believe that the transaction I want to refund should indeed be eligible for a refund. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue and successfully process my refund.

Thank you for your help!

Best regards,

App purchases and associated subscriptions are often non-refundable. All subscriptions purchased via Apple, must be cancelled at least 24hrs prior to expiry - as otherwise you will be charged. Subscriptions do not end automatically.
