iPhone hacked. Hacker has been playing around in my phone for two weeks

I found a random iCloud email address in my blocked contacts around the time I noticed my iPhone was being hacked. I DONT KNOW THIS PERSON AND I DID NOT BLOCK THIS PERSON. The email was h*****@icloud.com.

Maybe 20 minutes ago I typed the email into the Apple development login just to see if it was a valid email address for a developer and it gave me the option to reset the password. Confirm Phone Number

and Enter your trusted phone number to continue popped up on the screen and the last two digits to the phone number is 02. I’ve been having this problem for almost two weeks now. Seems as if no one I speak to at apple support believes what I’m saying and I’m left with no help. As the hacker is constantly in and out my phone. I downloaded a copy of my data report and there is a lot of evidence showing my phone is being remotely accessed by someone with authority to delete data, download programs and, add restrictions to my account. Is there anyone who has had this problem? And what was the outcome?

Report this:

It is your Apple Account that is at at risk here --not your iPhone. So, secure your account, and report these scumbags. Do so here, by providing screenshots and call information to the Internet Crime Complaint Center:

Use my User Tip: Using the Photos App to Report Scams: - User Tips

Secure your Info:

Being device an Apple account access is of big concern here, (A)verify your devices, and (B)secure your account. Open a new eMail addressee d use that for your Apple ID.

1. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

then...

2. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

Thank you or the screenshot.

Try Using Malwarebytes:

I kept getting the same junk for a week. I had to block out this caller, and secure my Apple ID. To block it, using MalwareBytes for iPhone.

Malwarebytes for iPhone:

One item usable is Malwarebytes for iPhone. Keep all the junk out. Get it Here: iOS Security - iPhone Call, Text, and Ad Blocker | Malwarebytes - it Blocks Scam Calls and Filters Site usage. It is developed by longtime users of these forums, making it the only reliable and official Security Software for an iPhone. It is something to consider when it comes to blocking out junk.

MalwareBytes Premium for iPhone:

This application can be found in the AppStore. It allows its users to do their part in all of this. They can report scam calls, by submitting the phone number, to its developer and adding a few lines for notes on the report upon submittal. In high-relevance to this case, it blocks popups from those phone numbers their customers have reported. Texts can be set to be received only by those in your contact list.

Get it here: MalwareBytes for iOS - App Store - Apple

"Thanks. Somehow the hacker got into my current phone then got into in icloud, and would use my iPhone 11 to get in and out my account. I figured my email was compromised too. Because I changed my password three times and he would still be able to get in"

Use a New eMail Account:

Open and create a new eMail account. Then, assign the new eMail address to your Appel ID. See here: Change your Apple Account Primary eMail Address - Apple Support

You can also run Safety Check on your iPhone to:

  • Review your Trusted Phone number
  • Review other devices signed into your account
  • Review information you are sharing with others
  • Change your Account password
  • Change your Passcode.

In addition you would want to change the password to any third party email provider. This would be done on their website, then you will need to update the password on your phone.

If you have any other screenshots you are concerned about feel free to provide as they are helpful. Blocking the email address may have been something done inadvertently a very long time ago. It would not be suspicious that there is a related developer account associated with the email as there are literally tens of thousands of emails addresses linked to a developer and it may have been part of a email campaign promoting their apps.
