As i purchased my iPhone 12 within three year my iPhone 12 ear speaker not working.
need help to resolve issue. quite disappointed due to such hardware issue.
no many more trust on apple after that.

Since you have already narrowed it down to a hardware issue it is likely you may have either dropped the device accidentally or exposed it to liquid or used it beyond acceptable temperature limits then…
