recently I noticed that ive been getting missed calls but my phone doesn't ring and I usually get voicemails as well, same thing - it doesn't ring. And also when i would like to call some number, i can’t also call. It is a weird state. My phone feels like it's freezing.. I have iphone 14 with e-sim. What should i do?

Check with your carrier. They handle making and receiving phone calls. You say you cannot call, they need to look into that.
If you have done all of this, it isn't the phone. Contact your carrier again. They may need to reset your account to get it working correctly.
You can try some standard troubleshooting on your iPhone, but that does not deal with call issues. Seems your carrier is not interested. User troubleshooting steps include power off/on, Force restart iPhone - Apple Support, Restore from Backup, Restore to Factory.

I think you will end up contacting your carrier again.
I checked with my carrier but they said that i have a problem with my phone.
I've done all this but I haven't figured it out yet😏
