Help me restore other photos lost

If iCloud Photos was enabled on the previous iPhone and the previous Apple Account, log into the previous Apple Account, and look there.

If iCloud Photos was not enabled, you’ll need to restore a previous backup. That restoration will erase the current contents. You’ll need access to the previous Apple Account.

Usual reason for switching Apple Accounts is having lost access to the previous account, which also means no access to anything associated with the now-lost Apple Account.

If you were using iCloud Photos, log into https://www.icloud.com/ with your old Apple ID and Apple ID password.
