Why Safari Tabs Limit?

I have 500 tabs on Safari in my iPhone, I can’t create new tabs, so I use 2 web browsers, safari and Edge, but why the limit is 500 and not 1000 (for example)

Safari Autoclosing Tabs (it's already switch to manual closing) When my iPhone 12 gives a warning that storage is full, all my safari tabs automatically close. I have my closing tabs on manual and this wasn't a problem when I was on an older iOS (the one where I couldn't customize the lock screen with the time/adding weather or widgets to the lock screen). Is there a way to prevent it from automatically closing these tabs?

Private Tabs in Safari gone I’ve recently noticed that I can no longer go into private tabs in safari. There’s not even an option to do it. There are still settings for private tabs in safari settings though. This could have been caused by the IOS 18 update, but I don’t use private tabs that often so I’m not so sure.

Restoring full previous Safari tabs on iPad I just don’t understand why Apple won’t ad Restore All Tabs for Previous Session to Safari on iPad and iPhone iOS when you accidentally close all tabs . Especially now that the 500 tab limit has been removed. And why is the close all tabs button even there or in such an easy to press location. Firefox, Chrome,DuckDuckGo,Opera all have this… chrome can even backup to email notes. As a heavy apple user. This has to be the biggest frustration feature in my user experience. Please resolve this. Unless anyone else has a solution.

Good question, but none of us here on this site can answer it. You might consider filing Feedback asking Apple to consider increasing what appears to be an arbitrary limit:
