Lag issues with multiple applications on the Apple Studio Display.

I'm experiencing lag when I maximize windows on my Apple Studio Display. This issue occurs with various applications like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and some Chrome apps, so I don't think it's an application-specific bug. The lag only happens when my MacBook Pro is connected to the Apple Studio Display; other monitors works fine.

In summary: Maximizing windows causes lag on the Studio Display when connected to a MacBook Pro. Is anyone else facing this problem?
