iOS 17.2 iCloud backup incompatibility with iOS 16.1 iPhone

so i was trying to swap the data from my phone to an older model as it is glitching and unusable as it keeps disabling itself (more info on another post) and the phone I had was updated to IOS 17.2 but the phone I'm trying to transfer to is only at IOS 16.1 . So all my cloud backups are updated to IOS 17 and higher and arent compatible with the only phone I have to transfer over to!!!! is there any workaround for this?! i cant auto transfer as my old phone keeps disabling itself and is absolutely unusable. i think I've tried everything but I wanted to try to find out if there was a way to fix this. pls help 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
