Hello everyone, I bought an iPhone 14+ with eSIM function, but there is no "add" button in the settings. I previously used an iPhone 11, where I used an eSIM. I tried to find the answer in the support app, on the internet, and on YouTube, but I still couldn't find a solution.

If you have an option for eSIM on your device then you will have EID. Please check if you have it.
Settings > General > About > EID (See the pic below)

I'm from Russia myself, I thought the problem was in the region, so I switched to Canada, but everything remained the same.
I also reset the network settings, rebooted the phone.
