I have a 4th generation iPod and it's not picking up my Samsung earbuds. Is there a listing of earbuds that are compatible with this device? It's Bluetooth works because it connected with every TV in the store. Any suggestions would be great.

Checking on the Samsung website, it seems that many of their earbud models use Bluetooth v5.2 or v5.4, but as far as I know, a 4th generation iPod Touch uses Bluetooth 2.1, which means they won't work with the Samsung earbuds.
The answer to your question (is there a list of compatible models), I doubt it.
