My Apple TV 4k automatically restarts.

My Apple TV 4k automatically restarts after 15 minutes of again restart on, then it starts again, then it restarts after 15 minutes, even though I have factory reset it, it still does this. Anyone else experience this issue with the 18.2 update?

How can I stop my Apple TV from restarting so frequently? My apple tv that I got a couple of months ago is restarting randomly almost every time I use it. Sometimes it restarts once, and on a night like tonight where I take to the community it has restarted at least 5 times. I have reset the apple tv numerous times to no avail, and yes the software is up to date. I am at a loss. Is this something I should take to the Apple Store, or would that be a dead end as well? Apple TV 4K (1st Gen) Keeps restarting after updating to iOS 16.3.1 After we updated our Apple TV to iOS 16.3.1 the device randomly crashes and restarts. We thought it might be a problem with the update, but it's still happening after we updated to 16.3.2. It happens most offen when we are watching Hulu, but it also happens when using Netflix or the Paramount App. I've reinstalled those apps, but the Apple TV crashed several times trying to download them from the app store. What is the next step in troubleshooting and correcting this issue? V/R George King
