Stage Manager and background app notifications on iPad

If i turn on stage manager in my ipad and i have mutiple app running in my ipad. those backgroup app can stll be live and receive notification response?

To reiterate, whether you are using Stage Manager or not will make absolutely no difference to the Notifications that you may or may not receive.
You can test this for yourself - by running the same Apps in with both Stage Manager turned-off, and turned-on. You will see no differences in the behaviour and receipt of App Notifications.
Whether or not you are using iPadOS Stage Manager has no impact whatsoever on the functioning of your iPad's Notifications or associated settings.
Because my background is an app that will receive order give out sound notification. I worry the app will die off in the background
