Find Device that made a purchase

Hi all, I am the family organizer for my family. Recently, I keep getting the same charges for an Apple TV series that says my Apple ID made the purchase. However, when I check devices logged in, I only see my Mac, phone, and one Apple TV that I control. I am fairly sure that none of these devices made the purchase. I am logged into several older Apple TV (for example at my father's house) but these are not showing up on my logins. Continually applying for refunds on "report a problem" is getting old. Any ideas how I can figure out which device is originating the purchase, or other ideas to solve this issue? Yes I know it is an Apple ID that makes the purchase to a previous snarky comment. I hope you can see my problem from the above.
