Closed Captions aren't working on Apple TV

We bought the film, A Real Pain, and it said CC at the bottom so it has Closed captions and I checked the Setting and Closed Captions was ON, but we couldn't get them to work. I updated the TV just in case, and restarted it and still no closed captions. Don't know what else to do. Hate to pay $20 for a film we can't hear.

CC and other types of subtitles can also be selected from the Subtitle menu during playback.

If you tried that and it still doesn’t work, then please contact the iTunes Store staff for any issues with specific purchased titles from the iTunes Store.
