Can’t delete huge app/file as it doesn’t exist

I had a notification that my disc space was low on my MacBook, so I went to manage storage and see an app that’s 45.16GB that I’ve never used taking up over a third of my memory!

it won’t let me delete it from there, so I follow the path to where it says it is but it doesn’t exist? I can’t delete this app as it doesn’t exist on my MacBook, any ideas?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

Where does is claim that it is when you follow the path? If you download the freeware EasyFind:

https://www.devontechnologies.com/apps/freeware

and have it search for that file, setting EasyFind to show hidden files, does it then turn up?

It appears that game was installed through the Steam game client. Use the Steam game client to remove the game from the system.
