Safari Restrictions Enabled Bug

I have an Iphone 13 Pro running iso 18.1.1.

I removed safari a while back and want to open it again, but keep getting Restrictions Enabled in the app store. I've already tried turning off restrictions in the screentime settings. I've changed my region to canada and then back to the US. Nothing is working.

Can't remove all browser Ok this is a two fold problem. I'm unable to open Safari ever. It is always saying "Restrictions Enabled" "Certain apps, features, or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on. To use this app, turn Restrictions off. I have already gone into screentime and turned them off, restarted the phone and nothing. Restrictions aren't on, but yet I still can't open the app. (wow even this site is bugged the hell up, I can't make this number 2 it always changed to 1.) Ok anyways, the second issue is I installed chrome to have an app and now I can't remove it. It keeps giving me the message "Download Browser App" "At least one browser app is required on Iphone." I already have Safari, (which wont open), now I can't even remove chrome. This entire f*&king phone is bugged the hell up. I've looked all over the forums and can't find any fixes. I just want to be able to open safari and delete chrome. This shouldn't be that hard, yet everything on the damn phone doesn't work. Apologies for the colorful language, but this is driving me nuts. I'm ready to change back to Android.

Configurator restrictions profile reacting to ipad OS 16.5? I have an ipad running a restrictions profile from Configurator2. nothing major in the restrictions (app rating 17+ and content 12, no explicit. unallowed apps such as messaging / facetime / appstore). All was fine until ipad OS16.5 installed. now with the profile in place it will not load ANY websites, saying they are restricted? "Restricted site. you cannot browse this page because it is restricted" screentime is not activated. issue is in chrome and safari. removing the restrictions profile fixes the issue, reinstalling profile brings it back. any suggestions?

Private Browsing not Appearing Despite Changing Settings IPhone is under parental screen time controls, however, we want to allow private browsing in Safari. We changed Web Content to unrestricted from limited, refreshed Safari, and restarted iPhone twice and it still doesn't appear in Safari.
