My iPhone says I need an App password for iCloud sign-in with Google

My phone says I need an app password to sign my iCloud in with Google. Then it said put the letters into your Apple account #iCloud . I made a 16 digit app password with numbers and letters and I don’t know where to put it in at. It hit me in the gut last night and I put hours in on this topic.
