Hi, a new iPhone 16 plus with latest iOS 18.2.1, has changed from Accessibility>>Display & Text Size>>On/Off Labels and had no Labels on apps on screen. Now can not get them back ! I have reset all settings twice , but iPhone reboots with No Labels on. Any further suggestions ?

Am no expert in this area, yet your post to the community deserves some response.
Wondering if updating to iOS 18.3 may help (NB: It is always wise to back up iPhone before updating.)
Please note:
Apple Inteligence is turned on by default in iOS 18.3, unless it has been turned off in an earlier version.
