Missing preordered Sonic 3 movie on Apple TV

I preordered Sonic 3, went to Apple TV, iTunes, even checked my purchase history, couldn’t find it. It’s acting like I didn’t buy it, but I have a an email from apple confirming my preorder for the movie. What now?

As this is a user forum there isn't much we can do here. Contact Apple support so they can investigate, if you have a verification of billing then that would definitely be helpful to provide.
