Spotify black screen and Chrome error after Ventura 13.7.2 update on MacBook Pro

Spotify stays as a black screen, Chrome shows error message after an update to Ventura 13.7.2 on MacBook Pro, plenty of memory

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Spotify and Chrome, restarted the system. Didn't work. No files in the Library.

Spotify Problems I have a Mac its 2013/4 and its up to date as far as it can be 10.15.7. Recently Spotify stopped working properly I checked out with SpotifyHelp online and it was not successful. Starting from Fresh with a new Install its starts OK but then slows down to a crawl, and worse, and after about 5 minutes is unusable. It can’t even find its own Playlists, play songs pause songs skip songs only after about 5 minutes wait and it gets worse I’ve gone through all the clear cache tests I’ve obvioulsy reinstalled Spotify so therefore have the latest version. I can’t see anywhere else where this problem has occured The Mac seems to work fine and I have just upgraded the broadband... though the problem existed before that any ideas?

Apple Music is not working on my Mac after updating to Sequoia updated my macbook air `M2 to OS Sequoia and Apple music not working, i mean app loads up, but i click on tracks and they are not playing, and second later rainbow ball pops up and it freezes activity monitor shows - not responding. only Force quit helps any ideas? "Can't find the app library" error while opening apps on iMac with macOS Ventura. This is on my iMac runnign Ventura 13.6.3. Recently I've had several apps show similar errors saying they can't find the app library, including Apple Music. Google Chrome also prompts me to clear space consistently. These errors started up around the same time. I've tried clearing the cache and some history from Chrome but I still get the error message. I have about 50 GB of space left in my storage. What can I do to solve these issues, and are they likely related? [Re-Titled By Moderator]
