Beats by Dre We’ll replace your product.

I sent my Beats for repair to earpad and cracked on left headphone which stopped working. I was given my repair estimate now they say they will replace my product. Does this change the costs now they are replacing my product?

Apple denied to fix my Beats fir pro though it was in warranty I bought the Beats fit pro in September 2023 since then there was one or other issue. now the left earbuds mic doesn’t work and when I sent my device to apple service center and they gave excuses and asked me to pay same amount of new beats. Beats studio I bought beats studio from Amazon as used like new. When I received it, it was not like new. It is so bad. I contacted Amazon support and they said I contact you and you will send me a replacement.

Beats Solo3 Wireless repair and warranty Purchase a pair of Beats Solo3 Wireless headphones back in May. Right ear died recently (seems an extremely common occurrence). On my iPhone, under Bluetooth info for headphones it says they are under warranty until March of next year. Only closest “authorized” service center is Best Buy, but they told me that even under warranty it would cost more to fix than to buy new ones (and would I like to buy some?) Is this just Best Buy B.S.? Closest Apple Store is 2 hrs. away. Does anyone know if I can get these repaired without it costing as much as the headphones? Can I just mail them to Apple?

We have no idea about what charges that you may incur with the repair. We are not Apple employees here.
