I want to change Notes storage from sync to iCloud to On iPhone Only.
Deselecting sync with iCloud gave a warning messages that all texts will be removed from the phone.
How can I make the change to store texts on the phone only?

I don't currently have Notes installed on my iPhone, but if I remember correctly you can go to Settings > Apps > Notes, and enable Notes "On My iPhone". If that works, then you can move your notes from iCloud to local storage using: Organize your notes in folders on iPhone - Apple Support.
Make sure that you understand that doing this means that more than ever you should ensure that you backup your iPhone regularly (Back up iPhone - Apple Support).
