Automatic restart with response header mismatch on iPhone

My phone gets automatically restarted with apple logo and sometime wifi and bluetooth will be disabled when it restarted so i have to force restart it again

In the panic report it generate it shows response header mismatch and port enable failed

what could be possible reason for it and if there is any solution please ?
