Iphone asks for another persons apple id password

Hello, I have been using my own Apple ID account for a year now, and for some reason sometimes it happens that the phone asks for another Apple ID (my father's), but I do not have access to his account. Just recently I changed the phone to 16 Pro and I have this problem again, the phone asks for another Apple ID, namely the password for it. Is there any way to remove this?

That is because the phone was not properly reset after you received it from your father. There are apps on the phone the he downloaded and are linked to his Apple ID. You will need to delete those apps, because whenever there is an update available for them, it will ask for your father's Apple ID. After they are deleted, you can download them again with your Apple ID, but any previous data that those apps stored will be lost.

When you restored your iCloud backup when getting the new phone, the app that was downloaded by your father is attempting to be transferred to your new phone and will require your father's Apple ID. How you proceed will depend on the data you currently have on your phone that is not stored in iCloud. The easiest solution is to reset your phone again to set it up as new and do not restore from the backup, just set it up with your Apple ID. Of course, this will erase all data on the phone, but if you used iCloud Photos, those will be loaded back to your phone. Any Contacts stored in iCloud will also load back to your phone.

This would indicate when you took over this phone, it was not prepared correctly for you, the new user. As such, there are apps likely downloaded on the phone from when your father used the phone and apps are forever to the Apple ID they were downloaded under. You need to determine which apps were downloaded under that ID and delete them. You can then download them under your Apple ID.
