How can I check the EMEI eligibility and ensure it is locked in any carrier?
I would like to know if my device is lock in some carrier company and how to unlock.

Go to Settings > General > About on your iPhone. There you should see either “No SIM restrictions” or “SIM locked.”
If it says “No SIM restrictions,” you are free to use it with any carrier of your choice.
If it says “SIM locked,” that means you are in a contract lease with your current carrier and will need to finish that or pay it off for it to be unlocked.
