I would like to get my computer checked and fixed as my computer cannot be charged. i’m pretty sure it’s not the plug and cable problem as I have tried it on other devices and it is able to charge them

Update the device to latest software and restart the mac .
Sometimes doing OS reinstallation also helps in solving many issues on your mac.
check If any pins/dust have blocked in charging ports
If you tried all of the above and still issue persists ,visit a Apple service provider for additional diagnostics and VMI.
