Why is my iPhone 12 Camera Clarity and Colors Indoor So Bad?

This is a new iPhone 12 I just got it 2 months ago and it takes Horrible indoor picture, just horrible.

I have adjusted the aperture over and over, the night mode nothing works.

My friend has a Samsung a23 and it takes stunning pictures automatically.

The colors on hers are clear and vibrant even when you zoom in on her pictures you can see every detail.

On my IP12 the colors are dull and when you zoom in the details are blurry and not clear at all.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in this phone's camera. :(

Please tell me if there is any fix for this otherwise I will have to trade this in for a Samsung A23.

I need a great camera.

The first picture is from my iPhone 12, the second picture is from my friends Samsung A23

Thank you vary much.

I don't own the Samsung camera it belongs to a friend. We were taking pictures today in doors with both cameras when we noticed how much nicer her pictures were. More vibrant colors and when I zoomed in her pictures and the detail was great when I zoomed in on mine it was bad.

All I want to know if it is an adjustment setting please tell me what adjustments do I need to change?

She said she has never had to adjust any setting on her phone and it takes great pictures.

Is there hidden settings I change to can make the close up details and colors more vibrant?

Thank you
